Role Overview Are you ready to shape the future as a Maintenance Manager at Carlsberg? We are seeking a Senior Manager Maintenance WE to deploy and support the execution of maintenance strategy across all supply chain assets, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and asset lifecycle optimization End-to-End Supply Chain.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responsible for the development inputs of the Global Standards thru good practices, learnings from mistakes/failure across the regions.

Coordinates the best practice lift and shift process for the defined technology across the regions.

Develops implementation guides, tools and programs to help breweries to comply with COM standards and improve performance.

Helps building capability in the breweries thru deploying the standards, tools and programs across the regions and participate COM compliance audits and track implementation of gaps.

Responsible for review regional self-assessment linking to performance gaps & opportunities

Organize, review, and approve regional maintenance budgets in line with Carlsberg Group standards and governance.

Ensure strong monthly cost control of the regional maintenance budget, including variance analysis and corrective actions.

Drive transparency and discipline in maintenance spend across all markets.

Improve working capital through systematic reduction of spare parts stock value while safeguarding equipment reliability.

Drive the “Funding Our Journey” within the maintenance function, with a strong focus on reducing external service costs.

Identify and deliver a robust regional maintenance cost-saving pipeline.

Lead regional OEE-improvement initiatives from a maintenance perspective.

Organize calibration workshops to cascade the Efficiency improvement overhaul strategy across markets.

Drive implementation of the Incident Management (RCA) Tool, ensuring registration of technical stops and structured sharing of learnings across the region.

Ensure effective implementation and sustainment of Maintenance COM across the region (>90%).

Manage end-to-end equipment reliability and Asset Care across breweries and beverage plants

Drive Excellence Foundation in Maintenance across the region

Deploy Machine & Equipment Safety Standards E2E in all sites

Deliver and maintain a regional Best Practice Pipeline

Drive and facilitate the regional Maintenance Community and best-practice sharing

Contribute to OEE improvement via breakdown and operational stop reduction

Collaborate closely with OEMs to support market maintenance agendas

Provide practical collaboration and hands-on support to brewery maintenance teams

Support engineering standardization and introduction of new technologies

Define, optimize, and standardize maintenance processes

Track, analyse, and drive maintenance KPIs and deploy relevant KAIs

What we’re looking for

Minimum 5 years of Functional operational or technical experience Maintenance area(s) in FMCG industry.

Experience in the shopfloor as frontline leader or technical operations (engineering, maintenance, projects) minimum 5yrs.

Preferably multicultural work experience.

Experience with Continuous Improvement methodology and mindset: Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, WCM… (i.e Carlsberg Excellence Way of Working)

Knowledge & application of beverage industry operational / technical standards. (i.e. COM)

Experience with automation, equipment, and cost optimization is a plus.

Ability to lead Workshops and Regional Training Program i.e. ISC Academy (Deployment and execution in the markets)

Willingness to travel between breweries in region and adapt to different working environments.

Education:

A degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Food engineering, industrial management, or a related field is often preferred.

Languages:

Fluent in written and spoken English
