What it's about This position offers an excellent opportunity for you to join the Group Reward Team which owns and manages the design, development and execution of the company’s global compensation strategies and activities in support of our industry sector‑aligned business needs. We are looking for an experienced professional to join a high performing team in charge of driving best Reward practices and state‑of‑the‑art processes across all regions. You will work closely with key contacts in the business, in other corporate functions, the regional HR teams globally and with external vendors. Main responsibilities

Act as the recognized advisor for all compensation‑related activities in your assigned area of responsibility, including the year‑end compensation process, long‑term incentive (LTI) calculations, market‑aligned salary adjustments within allocated budgets in recognition of progressions and promotions

Act as a trusted advisor to the regional HR teams and business/senior executives on general compensation topics, including the design and implementation of salary structures and pay grades, conducting job evaluations and benchmarking analyses, and managing the annual pay‑for‑performance review processes

Ensure governance and oversight, including consistent application of the group's compensation policies and guidelines in line with legislative and regulatory requirements

Support competitive compensation structures through participation in compensation surveys, the collection of relevant data, and analyzing survey results

Develop and execute communication strategies to inform employees about compensation and benefits programs through first‑rate communication. Apply stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence all levels of management by clearly articulating complex compensation concepts to business leaders

Analyze market trends and prepare reports on external developments and changing industry standards. Proactively monitor and respond to updates to employment legislation, financial services regulations, and pay equity compliance requirements

Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to develop competitive compensation packages for attracting top talent and implementing retention strategies

Forecast and control costs related to salaries, incentive plans, and benefits. Work cross‑functionally with the Legal, Finance, and Tax departments

Coordinate relationships with external vendors, brokers, and consultants to ensure the cost effective delivery of benefits programs

Provide excellent customer experience and build and maintain successful, trusting relationships with global stakeholders

What we expect

University degree (preferable business administration, economics, or comparable studies) and/or minimum 7 years relevant experience

Experience in the financial services industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of corporate structures, operations and the regulatory environment

Comprehensive knowledge of a broad range of compensation models, with specific understanding of nuances for an employee base in the private equity sector

General global understanding of all aspects of Reward, including compensation, mobility, LTI design and administration, and associated payroll, income tax, and social security principles

Experience with the management of global benefits is a plus

Ability to analyze advanced compensation frameworks, distill critical insights, and communicate findings persuasively to drive informed decisions

Willingness to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment, ideal for candidates who can balance multiple priorities and enjoy tackling complex challenges

Team‑oriented, can‑do attitude with the ability to work independently

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
