What You’ll Do
Perform daily maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance
Handle unit turns, inspections, and work orders with professionalism
Maintain compliance with Fair Housing standards
Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members
Work independently while contributing to a strong team environment
Compensation & Benefits
$23 – $25/hour , depending on experience

Qualifications What We’re Looking For
2+
years of maintenance experience in a community of
100+ units
Valid CA Driver’s License & Insurance
Must provide your own tools
Experience with AppFolio
is a plus
Strong communication skills & a team‑player attitude
Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
Must be able to
commute to Fullerton, CA
