Job Function:

• Lead clinical operations, ensuring quality care, efficiency, and strategic alignment with institutional goals.
• Oversee gastroenterologists and clinical staff, implement strategies, and enhance patient outcomes through collaboration.
• Collaborate with GI, Department of Medicine, and hospital leadership to fulfill divisional objectives.
• Support clinical research, education, and adherence to evidence-based protocols.
• Board-certified gastroenterologist with leadership experience and active clinical practice.

Job Requirements:

• Must have at least 8 years of practice with leadership experience
• NJ license is required.
