Neurologist needed for beautiful Cornwall community practice affiliated with a hospital. Job Function:

• Brand new office location, referrals will come from existing primary care physicians.
• Build patient panel from referral network.
• 100% outpatient ambulatory practice model, limited hospital consults.
• Office is open Mon-Friday, no weekends required.
• Medical group offers primary care, wellness, occupational health, and some specialty care.
• Strong referral network and patient-centered medical home with the affiliate hospital and larger ACO network.

Job Requirements:

• NY State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred), but not required.
• Residency training in Neurology.
• New graduates completing training in the next 12 months encouraged to apply.
