- Start Date: As soon as credentialed, can be credentialed within 1-2 weeks
- Outpatient
- Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
- Provide outpatient antepartum and gynecological care in a growing practice alongside OBGYNs, Certified Nurse Midwives, and a licensed clinical social worker
- Must be comfortable treating OBGYN patients in the clinic
- EMR Athena
- Must hold an active Florida Medical License; a DEA will be needed
