Job Opportunity: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in Lima, Ohio
Join a dedicated healthcare team at a state-of-the-art facility located in Lima, Ohio. Our organization is committed to providing exceptional medical care with advanced technology typically found in larger health centers.
Job Responsibilities:- Collaborate with a team of 8 CRNAs and 1 MD in a streamlined practice setting.
- Provide anesthesia services for various surgical procedures performed at the hospital.
- Maintain a flexible schedule with shifts from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, primarily focusing on 8 or 10-hour shifts.
- Utilize Meditech EMR and Spectrum Anesthesia EMR for documentation.
- Manage an average of 2-3 surgical cases per shift, with a total of 20-30 OR cases daily.
- Conduct pain management procedures once a week in the OR.
- Work in a Level II Trauma designated facility with 12 operating rooms.
- Perform pre-ops, inductions, emergences, and nerve blocks independently.
- Receive strong supervision while practicing CRNA autonomy within a supportive team environment.
- Engage in educational opportunities and contribute to a robust block program.
- Graduated from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
- Board Certified AANA (by time of start) is required.
- Ohio license required (or willing to obtain).
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
- NRP certification is highly preferred.
- DEA must be obtained prior to start.
- Preferred 3+ years of employment experience as a CRNA.
- Ability to provide most recent NPDB Self Query report.
- Must not require visa support for J1 or H1B.
