Our facility is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to support our Ambulatory Surgery Center. Job Responsibilities:- Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics for surgical and medical procedures.
- Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and document findings.
- Collaborate with the Anesthesia team to establish the anesthetic plan and manage all aspects of anesthesia care.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to fellow healthcare professionals.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and demonstrate commitment to excellent patient care.
- Conduct patient education and provide individualized care based on clinical needs.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and accurately document all care provided.
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver safe, age-specific care for diverse patient populations.
- Support a positive working environment and foster effective communication among the healthcare team.
- Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
- Active Michigan Nursing and Specialty Licenses.
- At least 2 years of CRNA work experience (excluding RN or training).
- Up-to-date BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Strong documentation and patient assessment skills.
- Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have an active Michigan license and BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Requires up-to-date COVID-19 and annual flu vaccinations.
- Must have clean malpractice/license history and complete a health screening as per facility policy.
- DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to starting the role.
