We are currently seeking 10 part-time or full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to become part of our well-established and supportive practice. You'll have the option to join a rewarding team environment offering a range of medical and surgical specialties, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced CRNAs to broaden their skills and contribute to a community-focused healthcare facility.
Job Responsibilities:- Self-scheduling of 8-hr or 12-hr shifts; options for part-time or full-time employment
- Practice across multiple locations: Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, and Findlay Surgery Center
- Select a variety of cases to develop and maintain clinical skills
- Engage in opportunities for overtime as desired
- Collaborate in a care team model with a fair call schedule
- Join a practice team consisting of 7 full-time physicians and 18 CRNAs
- Work with a range of surgical cases including ENT, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, and more
- Receive one-on-one mentoring from physicians for new graduates
- Permanent positions require residency in the local area; relocation might be necessary
- Open to 1099 candidates
- Board Certified CRNA
- Ohio State license (or willing to obtain)
- DEA certification (must be obtained before start)
- Clean malpractice and licensure history
- Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days) required
- Willingness to commit to employment status (part-time/full-time, W2/1099)
- Board Certified CRNA (REQUIRED)
- Ohio State license (or willing to obtain, REQUIRED)
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start, REQUIRED)
