Job Description Job Description We have an immediate opportunity for an Accounting Analyst in the Los Angeles area. This position requires basic accounting principles including general ledger, balance sheets, accounts payable, payroll, attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines. This is a hybrid position which requires Monday and Tuesday in the office. Duties and Responsibilities Collection of data and integration. Ability to gather and consolidate data from diverse sources (SAP, Success Factors) including databases, spreadsheets, and other systems Ability to analyze and report using Power Query and other analytical tools Responsible for communicating and creating clear reports for the purpose of summarizing findings to non-technical team members and direct reports. Responsible for issuing resolution and client inquiries through a shared inbox in a timely and professional manner Ability to resolve issues related to payroll and expense data with detail and accuracy Ability to streamline data workflows and make recommendations for improved reporting processes and efficiency through best practices Education and Experience Associate’s degree in accounting, business, or finance desired Two years plus experience in accounting role doing analytical data functions to include account payables, payroll and working with spreadsheets Advanced Excel utilizing Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Formulas Proficiency working with SAP and Success Factors is desired Excellent customer service skills Team player Upon a conditional job offer, a drug test and background check will be required. Compensation based on experience.
