Description We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to senior leadership in Ossining, New York. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and skilled in handling confidential information with professionalism. Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, ensuring timely scheduling and prioritization of appointments.
- Coordinate and prepare for executive meetings, including drafting agendas, taking notes, and distributing materials.
- Act as a liaison between senior leadership and internal or external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed to support executive operations.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by senior leadership.
- Maintain office systems and processes to support efficient workflow.
- Provide general administrative support as required. Requirements - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior leadership.
- Strong proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
