Oversee surface preparation processes like cleaning and blasting for proper coating adhesion.
Implement and enforce quality control protocols including coating thickness and adhesion testing.
Lead, train, and develop powder coating technicians to maintain safety and operational standards.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
What You Bring:
Proven expertise in powder coating application, curing processes, and defect troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of surface preparation and quality inspection methods.
Leadership experience managing and mentoring technical teams in production.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., JobBoss) and production tracking tools.
Familiarity with safety, environmental regulations, and compliance standards in manufacturing.
