What You’ll Work On
Parks & recreation facilities
Single-family residential developments
Corporate campuses
Mixed-use commercial sites
Your work will span the full project life cycle—from early design through construction—giving you valuable exposure and real project ownership.
What You’ll Do
Perform engineering design and analysis using industry-standard software and methods
Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, contractors, owners, and internal colleagues
Support Construction Administration by reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and conducting site inspections
Conduct field visits and meet with clients to gather information and understand project needs
Collaborate closely with a tight-knit team that values communication, integrity, and quality work
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Biological & Agricultural Engineering, or related field
EIT/EI certification required (PE track preferred—with ability to obtain license within ~2 years)
2+ years of civil engineering design experience (site development or stormwater preferred)
Experience preparing site plans, including grading, utilities, drainage, erosion control, and stormwater management
Proficiency with Civil 3D, Carlson, or MicroStation; GIS/StormCAD experience is a plus
Strong verbal/written communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
Willingness to engage directly with clients and help maintain strong working relationships

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $85,000.00 - $125,000.00/yr.
