What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Analyze and design complex compensation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends
Lead job analysis efforts and evaluate market data to determine competitive compensation ranges
Develop and administer compensation structures, including base pay, incentives, and allowances
Provide strategic guidance and support to HR and operational leadership on compensation matters
Oversee HRIS processes related to compensation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
5-6 years of demonstrated compensation expertise, including job analysis and market benchmarking
Minimum of 2 years of compensation experience in the healthcare industry or a large-scale organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in Excel
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) certification within specified timeframes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with incentive plans and compensation modeling for complex programs
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze large data sets
Previous experience in training or mentoring junior staff in compensation practices
