Job Summary Amazon is looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner to support Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics. This role provides coaching, talent solutions, and executive advisory support to teams building the world’s most advanced fulfillment network.

Key Responsibilities

Coach business clients and design talent solutions to address business challenges.

Advise executive leaders on business and organizational design strategies.

Translate business priorities into high‑impact work and data‑driven recommendations.

Drive strategic initiatives related to organizational design, culture, inclusion, and talent development.

Support and develop senior management to be effective Amazon leaders and culture champions.

Improve organizational effectiveness and design.

Lead change management, provide leadership coaching, and drive HR functional excellence.

Interpret business goals and recommend new approaches to talent acquisition and management.

Write strategic narratives on organizational health, talent planning, etc., to propose people‑focused solutions.

Develop and execute talent‑planning strategy and global strategy with international HR Business Partners.

Interface at executive levels, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives forward.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

6+ years of HR experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving.

Mentoring team members on best practices.

Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting.

Specific HRBP experience supporting tech populations.

Prior executive coaching experience.

Executive coaching certification (e.g., International Coaching Federation).

Strong business acumen.

Strong communication and writing skills.

Ability to lead a team of global HRBPs.

Compensation & Benefits Base pay ranges from $117,000 to $193,400 per year depending on geographic market. Equity, sign‑on payments, and other components may be provided as part of a total compensation package. The company offers a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
