Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Security Guard role based in Honolulu, HI. Responsibilities include ensuring the physical safety and security of assigned areas, monitoring and patrolling designated premises, and reporting any suspicious activity or security breaches. The Security Guard will interact professionally with clients, staff, and the general public to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Additional duties may include access control, assisting with emergency response procedures, and completing detailed incident reports as necessary.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal and Customer Service skills to effectively communicate, build rapport, and address concerns in a professional manner
Knowledge of Physical Security practices and procedures, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response
Experience in Personnel Security and Private Security, with an ability to address potential risks and ensure a secure environment for individuals and groups
Possession of a valid Guard Card or willingness to complete required Guard Card certification and training
Ability to maintain focus, vigilance, and calm under pressure
Previous experience in a security or law enforcement role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
