Human Resources Recruiter
Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly.
Employment type: Full‑time. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Location: Wilmington Service Center office, remote support for multiple hiring managers and regions.

Duties & Responsibilities
Source, recruit, interview, and hire candidates in a very high-volume and demanding environment.
Accurately report on the status of filling positions, identify hiring barriers, implement a plan to resolve them, and escalates issues not resolved timely; responsible for staffing goals.
Review applications/resumes to match prospective employee's work history, education, job skills, and salary requirements with current job openings.
Other duties as assigned by the HR Recruitment Manager.
Setup interviews and complete full onboarding process.
Minimum Requirements
Proven recruitment experience in a fast‑paced environment (preferred).
Strong communication skills.
Positive, TEAM mindset.
Flexible, dependable.
