Lead Technician, Material Mover – McKinney, TX,

Location TX190: 2501 West University, McKinney, TX 75070, USA
Security Clearance U.S. citizenship required. Active and transferable DoD Secret security clearance required prior to start date.
Responsibilities
Move hardware from assigned work cells to the next process point in a timely manner and verify that it is logged to the corresponding step.
Ensure Shop Orders are closed with "zero" open notification in CMES and/or IMRO.
Verify documentation accuracy – hardware matches shop order.
Monitor kitting racks and drop zones for hardware needing to be routed to assigned work cells, including shortages and kits.
Move parts dispositioned for RTV/SCRAP to SMA/pack‑ship or other applicable areas.
Perform line flow audits.
Perform WIP audits to verify that material aged at an operation is physically located in the corresponding area.
Support the tracking of materials via PRISM and Raytrak.
Submit SOS tickets to expedite items, initiate return‑to‑stock requests, and request discrepancy investigations.
Support logistical activities such as de‑trashing, creating and maintaining organized totes for kits, and validating kit items.
Qualifications You Must Have
AA/AS degree (or other 2‑year post‑high‑school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
Experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with manufacturing processes and environments.
U.S. citizenship with an active and transferable DoD Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience moving pallet jacks.
Experience working in SAP.
Experience with inventory management systems.
Ability to accomplish daily tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
Motivated and proactive, with strong communication skills.
Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
