Job Description We are seeking an experienced
Maintenance Supervisor
to lead our team and ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
5+ years of supervisory experience
5+ years in manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
Drive completion of safety corrective actions and audits
Lead safety initiatives: LOTO, Arc Flash, PPE, Confined Space, JSA’s
Manage daily maintenance activities and respond to downtime events
Ensure smooth production start-up and maximize equipment availability
Collaborate with engineering and reliability teams for continuous improvement
Weekly Focus
Meet BPD goals and update metrics
Complete leadership standard work and layered audits
Attend scheduled team meetings
