Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
Lead bridge design efforts, ensuring quality, safety, and innovation throughout each phase.
Conduct structural assessments and inspections of existing bridges.
Support and mentor junior engineers, helping build technical skills and confidence.
Review design calculations and drawings for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in bridge engineering with a strong record of successful project delivery.
PE license is a strong plus.
Solid understanding of design standards and engineering principles.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Proven leadership experience, including managing project teams and mentoring others.
Comfortable working directly with clients and navigating project requirements.
