Prestigious Sarasota Law Firm seeks a Trust and Estates Paralegal to join their Team!
Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Draft fundamental estate planning and funding documents.
Review advanced estate planning documents.
Draft probate and trust settlement documents.
Apply knowledge of the rules of procedure governing estate and trust administrations relevant to this role.
Complete tasks and resolve issues, meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Have at least five years of experience working in a mid‑to large‑sized Florida law firm as an estate planning or estate and trust administration paralegal.
Qualifications
Work efficiently and effectively under pressure and time constraints.
Balance multiple assignments and workflow effectively.
Strong attention to detail for accurately drafting and reviewing legal documents.
Effective oral and written communication skills, including clear expression and information exchange.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and case management/billing software.
Knowledge of iManage, SmartTime, Aderant, Wealth Counsel, Estate Works, Hot Docs is a plus.
