What You’ll Do
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
across various aircraft systems

Repair and maintain power systems, motors, and other key aircraft components

Remove and replace defective parts
using both hand tools and power tools
?
Inspect and evaluate replacement aircraft parts
to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
?
Use maintenance manuals and technical documentation
to perform accurate repairs and follow proper procedures
Skills You’ll Use
Maintenance & mechanical troubleshooting
MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) experience
Electrical/mechanical system understanding
Ability to read and interpret manuals & schematics
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Hands‑on technical ability—schooling, training programs, or hobby experience all welcome

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
