This role is the link between sales, warehouses, carriers, and finance, responsible for ensuring that each shipment is made with the right balance between service, cost, and operational control. This position requires a structured, analytical person with initiative, capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders and optimizing delivery operations without losing sight of the customer experience. Someone with a logistics and financial mindset: who understands that each shipment directly affects profitability and customer perception.

In this role you will be able to:

Confirm delivery dates with customers and coordinate order preparation with warehouses and carriers.

Negotiate and assign carriers based on cost, timeframe, and availability, always seeking the most efficient option.

Record and update all shipment information (BOL, POD, tracking, incidents) in SAP/Salesforce.

Monitor compliance with transit times and the quality of service provided by carriers.

Analyze and report transportation costs, proposing optimization measures.

Collaborate with Finance to validate and control transportation invoices.

Issue, file, and distribute key logistics documentation (order confirmations, shipping docs, POD).

Proactively communicate delays or incidents, coordinating solutions with Sales and the customer.

You will thrive in this role if you possess:

Experience in logistics coordination and ground transportation (LTL/FTL).

Knowledge of SAP and delivery/billing processes.

Ability to analyze logistics costs and basic negotiation with carriers.

Organization, accuracy, and effective communication.

Problem‑solving attitude, balancing service and economic efficiency.

3 to 6 years of experience in logistics or B2B customer service roles.

Training in Logistics, Administration, or related fields.

Experience with 3PL or distribution companies with high shipping volumes.

Reliable person with a control mindset and results‑oriented approach.

Objective goal: In the first 3 months, you must master order and delivery flows, manage SAP and carrier systems, and achieve consistent punctuality and traceability. In 6 months, you must be able to optimize logistics costs through better carrier allocation and finer control of routes and rates, reporting periodically to the Director of Operations on efficiency and deviations.
