Pulse Surveys , recognition campaigns, and product demos. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor timelines and budgets, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

to plan, track, and execute culture and engagement projects (e.g., Regional ERG Conference, Take Your Child to Work Day, executive retreats) Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders Manage vendor relationships, including setup, communication, and contract termination Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ERG initiatives with organizational goals Develop creative strategies for the

to measure and improve engagement Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field 2–4 years of project management experience Proficiency in project management tools (including
Monday.com ) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing vendor relationships in a corporate setting Familiarity with ERG initiatives and engagement strategies Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies Experience in fast-paced, multicultural environments Background in overseeing communication processes and ensuring organizational alignment Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field 2–4 years of experience in project management or a related role Top Skills:
