The Culture & Engagement Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture by managing Employee Resource Group (ERG) initiatives, culture and engagement projects, and company-wide communication processes. This role will oversee vendor relationships, ensuring seamless communication, setup, management, and termination of contracts. Additionally, the manager will utilize Monday.com to plan, track, and execute projects such as Take Your Kid to Work Day, Culture Index, Pulse Surveys, Award and Recognition Campaigns, and Product Demos. The position will also oversee the submission and approval processes for company-wide communications to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational messaging. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, this Culture & Engagement Project Manager will align initiatives with organizational goals, monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. Minimum 2-4 years of Project Management/Coordination or related experience. Clear communicator – Must be comfortable communicating with JR to Executive level. Highly flexible/adaptable Minimum Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in project management or a related role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing vendor relationships in a corporate environment. Familiarity with ERG initiatives and employee engagement strategies. Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies. Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Proficiency in project management tools, including Monday.com. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Experience in overseeing communication processes and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
