Serve as the primary resource for large, complex Managed Payroll Premium customers Manage customer cases to ensure service level agreements and high satisfaction levels are met Coordinate and distribute Managed Payroll work across team members Lead complex Workday payroll configuration and year-end activities Act as a point of escalation for team configuration activities and customer issues What is Required (Qualifications)
Associate's degree Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) required at the time of hire or 15+ years of customer service and payroll experience involving end-to-end processing, research, and complex troubleshooting Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong understanding of payroll processes, procedures, and compliance Experience managing complex payroll configurations and year-end support How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in an outsourcing environment, payroll, or tax Familiarity with systems implementation and multi-jurisdiction tax Previous experience with Workday Payroll Knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, or general ledger principles Experience using Salesforce programs We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
