Responsibilities This position is part of the Supply Chain Quality organization and is responsible for inspecting mechanical and electronic components used on all programs at Lockheed Martin Space. In this role you will inspect incoming batches from suppliers, verify that the supplier met all requirements, perform visual inspections on parts, submit parts for lab testing, and accept parts into stock. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen.

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma

Familiarity with electronic and mechanical components

Desired Skills

Experience analyzing and interpreting engineering specifications and drawings

LIMS usage and experience

EDSS usage and experience

SAP usage and experience

1 year experience performing quality inspections

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance

Clearance Level None

Work Location and Schedule Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite full‑time. The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 9×80 every other Friday off
