Position Overview
The Technical Recruiter plays a critical role in supporting the growth of Engineering and Information Technology teams by managing full-cycle recruiting efforts and partnering closely with HR and business leaders. This role requires a consultative, data-driven approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned Engineering and/or Information Technology requisitions
Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business goals
Successfully recruit and hire talent across critical Engineering and IT functions
Build strong relationships with hiring managers through a consultative, customer-focused approach
Manage multiple requisitions and hiring initiatives simultaneously in a high-volume environment
Leverage data, metrics, and recruiting trends to drive informed decision-making and hiring outcomes
Contribute to team collaboration by sharing knowledge, best practices, and market insights within Talent Acquisition and HR
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating recruiting processes and proposing innovative solutions
Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and ethical judgment in all interactions with candidates and stakeholders
Design and support talent programs that address evolving business needs
Required Qualifications
3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a regional or national level, preferably in a corporate environment
Proven experience supporting high-volume recruiting initiatives
Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple hiring projects concurrently
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to create buy-in
Ability to gather, analyze, and present recruiting data and insights to diverse audiences
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, transformative growth environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineers
Experience recruiting for project management and product management roles
Demonstrated success recruiting within technical or engineering-driven organizations
