Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Supervise Youth Development Staff directly.
Monitor reports, forms, and admission packets to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
Coordinate with Team Lead for timely completion of contractual requirements like drills and inspections.
Manage safety procedures for the facility.
Ensure compliance with the Youth Development System (YDS) among staff.
Maintain facility cleanliness through daily checks and staff/youth encouragement.
Assist Program Director with Quality Improvement (QI) and COA standards compliance.
Support fundraising efforts as assigned.
Coordinate staff scheduling to meet licensing and budget requirements.
Participate in community/regional committees or teams.
Assist Program Director with recruitment, training, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with Department of Health (DOH) food program and budget.
Identify and organize training needs for Youth Development Staff.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in social work or human services and 2+ years of experience working with children, or
2 years of college and 3 years of experience working with children
