Responsibilities
Ensure accurate product setup, pricing, promotions, and content across all our websites
Develop and execute eCommerce merchandising strategies aligned with sales, Marketing team, trends and leadership goals
Create upsell and cross-sell strategies within established UX frameworks and recommendation modules
Own product categorization, website taxonomy, collections, navigation, and filtering
Manage homepage, category, and promotional merchandising calendars and placements
Partner with marketing, product, and customer service to plan product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns
Review website performance, customer behavior, and merchandising KPIs to identify optimization opportunities
Optimize product detail pages (PDPs) including content, imagery, pricing, and recommendations
Requirements
5+ years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, digital merchandising, online retail or a related field
Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring team members
Proven track record of driving revenue, conversion rate, and average order value improvements
Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce)
Deep understanding of customer journeys, merchandising funnels, and on-site optimization
Excellent understanding of website usability and best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
Working knowledge of web technologies and creative tools sufficient to collaborate effectively with UX and content teams
