Develop, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps, including feature generation planning and prioritization of enterprise and site‑specific initiatives.

Collaborate with global cross‑functional teams (business, IT, operations, vendors) to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Serve as project/program manager for technology development and deployment, tracking deliverables, managing day‑to‑day operations, and ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.

Support continuous improvement of product processes, including documentation, templates, controls, and best practices for deployment and enhancement.

Adapt quickly to changing requirements and emerging priorities, thriving in high‑volume, loosely defined scenarios.

Contribute to strategic decisions regarding key deployment hubs; partner closely with regional and global stakeholders.

Communicate clearly and proactively with internal and external teams to ensure effective coordination and change management.

High comfort level operating in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.

Proficiency with business intelligence, analytics tools, and vendor applications is highly desirable.
