Role Summary Our client is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to own the end‑to‑end supply chain strategy, ensuring that inventory, procurement, and logistics run seamlessly across all sales channels. This role is both strategic and hands‑on: building accurate demand forecasts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring supply chain scalability as the business grows.

This role requires strong experience in omni‑channel demand planning with multiple warehouse locations, including forecasting and inventory management across all sales channels — e‑commerce (Amazon.com, Walmart.com, TikTok, Shopify, etc.), Foodservice, Retail, Specialty, Club, and International. The Supply Chain Manager must understand how promotions, seasonality, and velocity differ by channel and translate that into accurate purchase orders and replenishment strategies.

Key Responsibilities Demand Planning and Forecasting

Build and maintain rolling forecasts for all ecommerce and retail channels.

Monitor sell‑through and adjust forecasts to reduce overstock/out‑of‑stock risk.

Translate forecasts into purchase order requirements and strategically plan inbound supplier shipments to warehouses and 3PLs.

Oversee replenishment strategy for Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, and TikTok FBT; collaborate with Logistics Operations Manager on execution.

Manage internal transfers between warehouses and 3PLs to balance inventory.

Partner with sales and finance to align on promotions, launches, and budgets.

Procurement and Supplier Management

Oversee purchase order process with suppliers, ensuring on‑time production and shipment.

Review and approve purchase orders; track production dates and cargo‑ready dates, and resolve any delays.

Collaborate with warehouse and 3PL partners at a strategic level to improve SLAs and cost structures.

Process and Systems

Own data accuracy in Fulfil.io (ERP) for all inventory, POs, and landed costs.

Own forecasting accuracy, inventory turns, and OTIF targets.

Manage SOPs for demand planning, forecasting, and procurement.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and scale operations.

Reporting and Communication

Provide weekly supply chain updates and insights to leadership.

Partner with finance on landed cost tracking, freight expense management, and budgeting.

Support the sales team with operational requirements.

Gather and analyze sales, logistics, and fulfillment data in Fulfil.io to provide actionable insights and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

5–8+ years of experience in supply chain management and demand planning within the CPG or food industry.

Experience managing global supply chains, including international procurement, 3PLs, and freight forwarders.

Experience with demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and production planning in a high‑SKU, fast‑moving consumer goods environment.

Strong track record of cross‑functional collaboration with operations, sales, and finance teams.

Demonstrated ability to build and improve supply chain systems, processes, and KPIs.

Familiarity with ERP systems (Fulfil.io preferred) and forecasting tools.

Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
