Location:
Rochester, NY (via Kelly Services – company name confidential)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM start, 8-hour days
Salary:
$70,000 – $85,000 annually

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Quality Management System Administrator
(QMS) to manage and maintain the company’s ISO 9001:2015 quality system and assist with the transition to IATF 16949. The successful candidate will support ongoing QMS administration, documentation updates, internal audits, and performance metric reporting to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company’s QMS (ISO 9001:2015) and assist with transition to IATF 16949.
Support ongoing administration of the IATF 16949 quality system once implemented.
Update and control QMS documentation, policies, and procedures.
Perform internal process audits according to the annual plan.
Track and report company performance metrics for management reviews.
Provide backup support for the quality department as needed.
Required Qualifications
3–5 years’ experience with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality systems.
Experience with internal process audits preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for prolonged periods and perform data entry.
Occasional bending, stooping, or filing.
Occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
Strong listening and speaking abilities.
