A fast‑growing e-commerce SaaS company is seeking a driven individual to join their team as a business development representative. This role offers a unique opportunity to make an impact by supporting revenue growth and cultivating relationships with leading online brands. Benefits & Compensation

Base salary: $65,000–$75,000

On‑target earnings (OTE): ~$110,000

Performance‑based incentives

Hybrid work model (NYC metro required)

Opportunity for advancement into closing roles as the company grows

Requirements & Qualifications

6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer‑facing roles

Strong communication skills and confidence working with founders and marketing executives

Comfortable with outbound prospecting and consultative conversations

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities

Curious, coachable, and motivated by performance‑driven goals

Interest in SaaS, e‑commerce, and digital marketing technology

Preferred Background & Skills

Experience with SaaS or marketing technology sales

Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify or DTC brands

Prior experience in a startup or high‑growth business environment

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

Prospect outbound leads with a focus on e‑commerce and DTC brands

Generate and nurture a sales pipeline using email, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize messaging

Track sales activity and performance through CRM tools and analytics

Support handoffs to Account Executives and assist in the progression of deals

Continuously test and refine outreach strategies to improve conversion rates
