Base Pay Range $20.00/hr – $23.00/hr
Location Baltimore, MD
Key Responsibilities
Perform intermediate-level maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
Complete work orders promptly and professionally, ensuring resident satisfaction.
Support preventive maintenance schedules and record all work performed.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety protocols, and company policies.
Partner with team members and the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of maintenance experience in property management or related field.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
Solid troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Valid driver’s license.
HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred but not required.
