Location: Mountain View, NC
Salary: $85,000.00 USD annually – $92,000.00 USD annually

Responsibilities
Lead 3 salaried supervisors and 50–55 hourly associates across receiving, unloading, and inventory operations
Drive performance across safety, cost control, and team productivity KPIs
Partner with Transportation to ensure accurate, timely truck loading/unloading
Oversee inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and seasonal planning
Manage building and equipment maintenance, ensuring operational readiness
Communicate stock shortages and substitutions to internal stakeholders
Enforce SOPs and promote a culture of safety and accountability
Schedule Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM to Shift Completion (usually between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM)
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred)
7+ years of warehouse/distribution center operations experience
5+ years of supervisory experience in a high‑volume distribution center
Background in wholesale distribution is a plus
OSHA forklift operator certification (material handling equipment)
