About the Role
In this role, you will consult on complex, large-scale initiatives related to Data Management. You’ll analyze and resolve multi-faceted challenges that require deep evaluation of multiple factors, including unprecedented scenarios. Your work will involve strategic collaboration with client personnel and contributing to solutions that meet compliance and business objectives. Responsibilities
Perform data analysis and testing for treasury management processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Design and document technical solutions to address complex business challenges and optimize processes. Collaborate with data providers, technology teams, and senior business partners to resolve issues and achieve goals. Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Apply strong reasoning and problem-solving skills, paired with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication. Minimum Qualifications
5 years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education. Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in compliance-driven environments. Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of financial institution balance sheet fundamentals, product offerings, and balance sheet management practices. 3 years of experience in data analysis using SQL, Python, or similar tools (data transformation, analytics, large relational databases). 3 years of experience designing technical solutions to business problems. Experience with JIRA and Agile methodologies. Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal). Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with senior stakeholders.
