Lead Harness Technician – Centennial, CO

Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

$40/hr
About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for multiple experienced and motivated
Lead Harness Technician
to guide a team in assembling wire and cable harnesses for aerospace and electronics applications. If you enjoy hands-on work and leading others in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.
What You’ll Do
Lead a team in assembling wire, cable, and sleeving materials
Perform tasks like soldering, crimping, potting, labeling, and connector loading
Operate stripping machines and manual tools
Review documentation for accuracy (part numbers, revisions, quantities)
Inspect materials for damage or defects
Build harnesses using assembly boards
Ensure proper packaging and labeling of materials
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Report safety concerns and follow all safety protocols
Support team punctuality and adherence to schedules
Take on additional tasks as needed
What You’ll Need
High school diploma or GED
3–5 years of experience in electronics or assembly
Ability to read and follow instructions and safety procedures
Preferred Skills
IPC 620/610 and J-STD-001 certifications preferred
Strong soldering and crimping skills
Experience with box builds and ESD practices
Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr.
