Data Center Maintenance Technician - Sabey Data Centers
Sabey Data Centers is recruiting three Data Center Maintenance Technicians for on‑site locations in Tukwila, WA.
Base Pay Range $54,987.00/yr – $82,480.00/yr
Standard Work Schedule This role operates on a 4x10 schedule. There are one swing shift (1:00 PM–11:00 PM) and two graveyard shifts (10:00 PM–8:00 AM). All hires start with day‑shift training.
About the Role This position is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of a 24/7 data center. Key responsibilities include preventive maintenance, cleaning, troubleshooting electrical/mechanical equipment, and operating building control systems.

Equipment Maintenance and Repairs
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution
Preventive Maintenance and Upgrades
Equipment Inventory Management
Monitoring and Alarm Response
Vendor and Contractor Collaboration
Compliance and Safety
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
Support to Senior Technicians and Engineers
Facility Organization
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required.
General maintenance skills or relevant experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
Ability to become proficient in other software.
Working knowledge of the English language – written and verbal comprehension.
Ability to respond promptly to on‑call situations.
Excellent time‑management skills – ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
Aptitude and willingness to learn and utilize AI tools and technology.
