Receptionist / Front Desk & Hospitality Coordinator Location:

Atlanta

Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for guests, employees, and vendors. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth front desk operations, hospitality services, and administrative support throughout the office.

Key Responsibilities Reception & Guest Services

Greet guests, employees, and vendors warmly and courteously, in person and by phone

Answer, screen, and direct calls and inquiries appropriately

Attend to guests’ personal belongings (coats, luggage) and offer beverages

Provide coffee and refreshments and escort guests to meetings as needed

Direct and escort guests and vendors throughout the building

Hospitality & Conference Support

Ensure reception, conference rooms, and break rooms are neat, clean, and well-stocked

Assist with conference room setup, catering delivery, and meeting breakdown

Support pantry restocking and catered meeting requests

Assist with concierge-style services such as reservations, car service, and travel coordination

Security & Building Operations

Maintain building security by following policies and procedures

Submit visitor requests and ID badge requests; issue visitor badges

Monitor security logbooks and serve as the main point of contact for building access

Generate and follow up on building work orders (maintenance, freight elevator bookings, etc.)

Maintain a safe reception area by complying with all procedures and regulations

Administrative & Clerical Support

Provide clerical support including scheduling, document production, copying, printing, and scanning

Assist with updating email and phone directory lists

Maintain organization of tech support materials for guest use

Coordinate messenger services when needed

Mail & Supplies

Process and sort USPS mail

Handle FedEx and courier package processing

Submit supply orders through approved vendors and stock supply areas

Additional Duties

Maintain telecommunication systems (house phones and consoles)

Assist with any other reasonable administrative or hospitality-related requests

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Professional demeanor with a strong customer-service mindset

Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills

Familiarity with office equipment and basic administrative tasks

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
