About the Role The
Culture & Engagement Operations Specialist
is a key contributor responsible for operationalizing and delivering culture, engagement, and employee experience initiatives across the organization. This role blends project execution, communications, event coordination, and data insights to support a positive, inclusive, and engaged workplace.
You’ll collaborate with ERGs, HR teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver surveys, programs, recognition campaigns, and in-person events. You will also manage communication workflows and analyze engagement metrics to guide strategy and measurable improvements.

Responsibilities
Lead execution of culture & engagement initiatives (surveys, ERG programming, in-person events, recognition campaigns).
Partner closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure aligned, timely delivery of initiatives.
Own the company-wide communication submission and approval process, ensuring consistent messaging.
Collect, analyze, and present engagement data to HR and business stakeholders.
Evaluate engagement metrics and provide insights to improve programs and employee satisfaction.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization and follow-through.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Event Management, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in event coordination, HR operations, culture/engagement, or related work.
Familiarity with ERG initiatives and DEI frameworks.
Proficiency with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana) and data tools (Excel, Tableau).
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
