Brief Description
Designated safety-sensitive position. Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screen (which will include marijuana testing) and adhere to the Drug and Alcohol Policy for duration of employment with the Credit Union.

We are currently seeking a full-time Member Relationship Specialist to join our dynamic Branch Operations team.
Pay Range Our ideal candidate will make $22.28 to $23.51 for this role.
Education High school degree or equivalent.
Experience
A minimum of two (2) years of sales and service experience in a retail or financial institution environment, required.
Experience utilizing digital banking tools, required.
All offers for employment with InTouch Credit Union are contingent upon the candidate completing a credit check, pre-employment drug screen and the submission of fingerprints in accordance with state and federal law.
Requirements
Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:15 am–5:15 pm with rotating Saturdays, 8:45 am–12:45 pm; number of Saturdays may increase based on business needs.
Ability to make personal connections, engage with and educate members, ask open-ended questions and use active listening skills to establish trust and build lasting member relationships.
Knowledge of all financial regulations including the Federal Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Reg CC, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.
Knowledge of digital banking solutions and technology‑enabled services.
Demonstrated experience to meet and exceed sales goals.
Excellent communication skills, both in-person and across digital platforms.
Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required.
