Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day plant operations, optimizing resources and processes.
Implement structured systems, KPIs, and accountability measures.
Champion change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on business objectives.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Build and develop a high‑performing team.
Manage budgets, production schedules, and operational targets.
Drive Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, including plant management.
Proven success in turnaround initiatives and change management.
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills.
Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and full plant operations.
