Honoring local heritage and artfully reimagined for modern‑day elegance, the resort includes residents‑only facilities and amenities, a luxury spa and state‑of‑the‑art well‑being/fitness center, exquisite and diverse fine dining outlets, outdoor pursuits to include a tennis center, and an 18‑hole golf course, bowling and movie theater experiences, and an exclusive private club.
About the Spa Attendant Role The Spa Attendant is an integral part of the Spa and Fitness Center. This position ensures the needs of all Spa and Fitness guests are met specifically in the male locker room. The Spa Attendant maintains the cleanliness of the locker room and fitness areas, provides guests with a fitness and locker room orientation, offers spa & fitness tours and can advise of Spa treatment options. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort. Comply with all Four Seasons policies and procedures.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Maintain cleanliness of the locker room and fitness areas.
Provide guests with a fitness and locker room orientation and offer spa & fitness tours.
Advise guests on Spa treatment options.
Respond to all interactions efficiently, courteously, and professionally to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.
Comply with all Four Seasons policies and procedures.
Have a warm and welcoming smile and a positive attitude.
Have experience in a similar role in a luxury/upscale/full‑service spa.
Show excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
Be able to work a flexible schedule and weekends.
