Hilton Waikoloa Village is looking for a Front Service Attendant (Bell/Valet) Graveyard to join the team!

Shift Pattern Overnight (10:00pm – 6:00am): including weekends and holidays.
Pay Rate $22.37 - $24.85
Responsibilities
Park and retrieve cars in the Valet parking lot and assist guests with their luggage. Facilitate the financial control of valet and self‑parking fees as well as control of car keys. Proactively assist in improving customer service and quality of guest experience.
Retrieve cars and assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure from the hotel.
Receive, retrieve, log, inventory, and monitor keys for guest vehicles.
Collect, reconcile, and maintain accurate accounts of money during shift. Balance and post charges at the end of shift.
Assist customers with questions and/or concerns immediately in a friendly and sincere manner. Provide detailed information on special activities and promote Hilton Marketing programs.
Make, confirm, and monitor transportation activity at the main entrance.
Support other staff as business needs require.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to lift items/baggage up to 100 lbs.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes overnights, weekends, and holidays.
High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
Prior guest service or other hospitality experience preferred.
Applicants with additional language skills preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions.
Effectively deal with internal and external customers, some requiring high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger and collect accurate information.
Read English language sufficient to ascertain information from luggage tags and claim checks to write numbers and names on claim checks and rooming lists.
Grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages, boxes, and luggage up to 100 lbs continuously throughout shift.
Stand, walk, and/or sit and continuously perform essential job functions.
Sufficient manual dexterity to load and unload luggage with one hand.
Perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking significant distances on property.
