A company is looking for an Occupancy Planner to provide space planning and reporting for client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations
Produce drawings and presentations for internal and client-facing meetings
Enter and maintain occupancy data within the system of record
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience
Certification in Corporate Real Estate, LEED, or Facilities Management preferred
AutoCAD experience preferred
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Intermediate math skills for financial-related calculations
