Reports and works directly with the Payroll Manager
Smaller, collaborative team with frequent interaction with Senior Management.
Core Responsibilities:
Review and audit employee timecards daily across ADP and other payroll systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate payroll approvals and system workflows by confirming manager authorizations, processing timecard updates, payroll deductions, employee status changes, and PTO adjustments.
Prepare, review, and submit weekly certified payroll reports in accordance with project requirements, contractual obligations, and regulatory deadlines.
Proactively communicate with managers and employees to resolve missing, low-hour, or high-hour discrepancies and ensure timely payroll processing.
Support payroll compliance and reporting by maintaining business license, state tax, unemployment, and federal registrations, organizing documentation, and assisting with audits and special payroll projects.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
2+ years of payroll or timekeeping experience and certified payroll
Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now preferred
Familiarity with ServiceTrade and Procore is a plus
