Weekdays – Monday/Wednesday 9:30 pm–7 pm; Tuesday/Thursday 7 am–3:30 pm; Friday 7 am–1 pm
Compensation:
$18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
When patients enter our outpatient physical therapy center in Fairfax, we want them to have an exceptional experience starting at the front desk. As a Patient Service Specialist, you'll manage both the patient side and business side of our center, ensuring a smooth visit and positive care experience.

Responsibilities
Greet and register patients, provide information about the visit and next appointment upon checkout
Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
Communicate regularly with attorneys, insurance companies, translation services, operational leaders and business development team
Collect co‑pays, manage payer approvals, conduct insurance authorizations and verifications
Qualifications
Minimum:
High School Diploma/GED required
Preferred:
1 year of medical office experience; Bilingual
