Position Summary The Majors Lead is responsible for guiding and supporting the day-to-day execution of operational tasks within the fulfillment process for retail wholesale accounts. This role ensures productivity and accuracy across designated areas of responsibility.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Support and guide team members through the pick, pack, and ship processes to ensure order accuracy and compliance with customer requirements

Monitor workflow and delegate assignments to maintain department efficiency and fulfillment timelines

Assist with movement of merchandise and materials through each area of responsibility

Ensure internal process standards and client compliance protocols are consistently followed throughout the fulfillment cycle

Use computers, mobile devices, and manual tracking to document and report order activity and performance data

Monitor supply and equipment needs and report volumes as necessary

Promote adherence to safety procedures, company policies, and respectful workplace behavior

Team Leader Required Skills

Be aware of any issues or conflicts that arise within the team and communicate to Supervisor to address performance concerns through coaching and mentoring

Ensure that teamwork is being adhered to by setting the example

Exhibit organizational and time management skills by responding to emails promptly; addressing concerns promptly; and meeting deadlines set by the Supervisor or Manager of the department

Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations with composure

Aid supervisor in identifying high potential employees for future career growth

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED.

Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate, either internally or with prior companies

Special Requirements

Ability to work occasional overtime and weekend work as required to meet business needs

Ability to work in an open warehouse environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Capable of handling and processing large, complex workloads

Able to maintain productivity and accuracy under time constraints

Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and volume

Able to work independently with limited supervision

High attention to detail in reading, sorting, and recording data

Intermediate computer proficiency, including spreadsheets and email

Proactive in improving processes and standards

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Professional and composed under pressure

Maintains a clean and orderly work environment

Good penmanship and reliable attendance

Computer, mobile devices, printer, telephone, photocopier, fax machine, scanner, calculator

Software: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Browsers

Pallet jack, various hand and power tools

Safety Equipment: Safety shoes

Physical and Mental Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, reach, push, pull, crouch, kneel, climb, use fingers to grasp, handle, feel, and perform repetitive motions of hands or wrists.

Exerts up to 50 pounds of force often, and/or up to 100 pounds of force occasionally or constantly to move objects.

Close mental and visual attention needed to perform work dealing primarily with preparing and analyzing data and figures, using a computer terminal, and/or data entry.

Salary $19.00/hr

Environmental Conditions Work is performed in both an office and warehouse environment with exposure to temperature changes and noise
