Epic Application Analyst (Willow Inventory) iMethods is seeking an

Epic Willow Application Analyst

to assist and support with the implementation and maintenance of Willow functions, specifically in the Inventory space. This is a full-time, direct hire position that will require relocation to or residency in Florida. The candidate must reside within a reasonable distance from the office to accommodate hybrid schedule or be willing to commute on designated work days.

Responsibilities

Responsible for participating in project management, systems analysis, design, system level testing, documentation and implementation.

Document current state business workflows.

Assist with the analysis and design of new business workflows.

Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.

Work with project managers, architects, business analysts and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application.

Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.

Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.

Participate in quality management reviews of the design and performance of work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.

Perform or advise on system configuration and integration setup and assist with testing activities.

Serve as an intermediary to support bilateral understanding of data structures, workflows and technology capabilities and limitations.

Assist in the development and documentation of data requests and source to target mapping.

Other duties as assigned. This work may include implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support.

Qualifications

Education : College degree, with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Certification(s) : Epic Willow Inventory Certification.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification(s) : Epic Willow Inpatient Certification; Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification

Broad implementation experience in systems analysis, design, development, configuration, testing, and integration of large enterprise wide application systems, systems and software, systems integration/interfacing, programming languages, Graphical User Interface concepts, database understanding, and data manipulation.

Five (5) years of experience in a multi-entity health care system, large hospital or managed care organization as a Systems Analyst and or Manager.

Demonstrated analytical, judgment and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated leadership skills with innovative resolution to problems.

Demonstrated experience with project management concepts and tools.

Position may require at least one Software Certification in job area of focus.
